Sunshine, pretty dresses and tattoos......
Are three of my favourite things! I was too busy shopping with clients to be a part of what looks to have been a fabulous day, however, Suzanne Kentish one of the photographers involved in this photoshoot, was kind enough to fill me in on the day’s events:

Suzanne Kentish:
If you were lucky enough to be by the Bristol Docks on Tuesday 15th June, you may have come across a ‘gaggle’ of around 30 photographers (not sure there is a group name for us) plus 8 models, 4 makeup artists and loads of suppliers as we all descended on The Harmony II – the amazing mega yacht venue in Bristol’s floating harbour that was our base for the day. To say we stood out is a bit of an understatement!
This get together was organised by The Photography Parlour (http://www.thephotographyparlour.com/) and more importantly the founder Rosie Parsons. The Photography Parlour is a new website devoted to aspiring photographers, offering advice and ‘guidance from seasoned and celebrated pros who want to make sure the mistakes they’ve already made don’t kill the next generation of talent’
The photographers on the day ranged from complete newcomers to professional photographers - sharing of knowledge and inspiration were the aims of the day.
Myself and fellow photographers were split into groups throughout the day and set off around the picturesque docks with a model in a style of dress, from vintage to wedding dresses.

SATC fashion show
Since my last post, Cabot Circus has had their Sex And The City inspired fashion shows. In case you missed it, here are some images to help you channel the fab four.
All outfits from Ted Baker
Summer brights are fab for lifting the somewhat dreary weather we seem to be having (again). If this is too much for you then how about taking a colourful pair of shoes or handbag and adding this to your favourie little black dress?
Outfits from (L-R) French Connection, Gant, French Connection and FatFace
This is a much more romantic look, I love the gladiator sandals, they really dress the maxi dress down, making it a much more wearable choice.
Ted Baker
A fab dress from ted Baker! Swap the flats for a pair of statement heels for instant evening glamour.
Dolce & Gabanna at Harvey Nichols
Show off your curves with a body con number like this. It's effortlessly chic.
Harvey Nichols
This is one of my favourites, it's so versatile! I'd add my leather jacket and studded gladiators for daytime.
Outfit form Reiss
The nude tones that are everywhere this season can be quite difficult to wear. This is a fab way of introducing the must have shade into your look.
